Project & Facility Cleaning
Operational cleaning for corporate facilities to a measurable standard: headcount, shifts, materials, equipment, checkpoints and acceptance criteria per site. The service covers offices, branches, complexes, warehouses and property projects before handover.
- Offices and administrative headquarters
- Branches, stores and restaurants
- Complexes and commercial centres
- Property projects before handover
- Warehouses and industrial facilities
- Schools and educational facilities
The service can be a periodic operational contract or one-off work such as post-construction cleaning.
From changing staff with no standard to a measurable level of cleanliness
Cleaning in corporate facilities is not just a daily task; it is a standard seen by clients, staff and visitors. When the workforce changes and materials and methods differ from one site to the next, the level varies and nobody can be held to the result.
An operational cleaning contract sets the headcount, the shifts, the materials, the equipment, the checkpoints and the acceptance criteria per site — so the same level applies in every branch and can be measured and reviewed periodically.
Operational cleaning contracts
We treat facility cleaning as a regular operational service with a task schedule, a supervisor and reporting, delivered in three forms:
Resident team
Full-time staff inside your facility on defined shifts with a supervisor — suited to schools, complexes and larger offices.
Scheduled visits
A team attending on a daily or weekly schedule and completing a defined task list.
Periodic deep cleaning
Covers what is not done daily, such as glass facades, machine floor treatment, upholstery and HVAC vents.
Our services include
Office cleaning
We maintain a clean, orderly work environment that supports productivity and staff comfort.
Retail and shopping centre cleaning
We look after every commercial area to keep the shopping experience comfortable and inviting for customers.

What you need to know before signing a cleaning contract
An operational contract provides permanent staff on shifts with materials, equipment, acceptance criteria and periodic follow-up, and suits facilities operating daily. A one-off request is defined work with a start and an end, such as post-construction cleaning or preparing a unit before handover.
It is set after a survey measuring areas, surface types, footfall, operating hours and the critical cleanliness points such as washrooms and customer reception areas. A number given before the survey is a guess, and the error usually shows in the first week of operation.
In operational contracts Manazel usually provides them within the agreed price, with material types and consumption rates stated in the proposal. The client may also provide them and have that line deducted from the price; either arrangement is documented in the contract.
Covering absence is our responsibility, not yours. The contract provides a replacement within the agreed period without any reduction in service level, because the purpose of contracting a provider is that workforce matters do not become a daily burden on facility management.
Through written checkpoints and acceptance criteria for each area, documented supervision rounds, and a periodic report recording recurring observations and the actions taken. Measurement is against the written standard, not an impression, so performance can be reviewed at renewal.
Yes. Disruptive works such as grinding, polishing and deep cleaning are scheduled outside customer hours or after the working day, with the delivery window, access requirements and permits set in the contract before start-up.
