Professional Manpower Supply on Monthly Contracts
We supply specialist manpower to companies, factories, warehouses, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, commercial complexes, government bodies and others — for organisations that need workers for a defined period without hiring them, with labour relations, payroll and the related government e-services all managed by us.
- Companies, factories and warehouses
- Restaurants and hotels
- Hospitals and medical centres
- Complexes and commercial centres
- Government and semi-government bodies
- Projects with seasonal demand
The contract sets the headcount, the trades, the shifts, the sites and its duration.
Added value for our clients
This comes as part of delivering added value to our clients, letting them focus on their own services by removing the pressure that comes with managing a workforce and its administration, since we handle every procedure related to hiring out workers.
Our workers are trained and skilled across multiple fields, which helps clients meet their operational needs and achieve the best results without continuous recruitment.
A defined headcount and trade
No surprises in supply or shifts
Replacements on standby
Covering absence is our responsibility, not yours
Supervision and reporting
Performance tracking, not merely attendance records
When hiring out is a better fit than employing
Temporary need
A project with a known duration or a seasonal peak that does not justify adding permanent staff to your headcount.
Variable need
It rises and falls month to month, so you pay for the number you actually need in each period.
A rare specialisation
You need it only a few days a month, which does not justify permanent employment at full annual cost.
Time pressure
Recruitment and visa processing take months, while hired manpower can start in a far shorter time.
Trial before hiring
You assess performance in your own working environment before any permanent contractual commitment.
The trades we supply
We provide clients with trained, professional workers across a range of fields, including:
Construction, restoration and finishing
Workers and tradespeople for construction and renovation projects, in numbers set by the project stages, its programme and the nature of the works required.
Plumbing and electrical works
Specialist technicians to reinforce existing maintenance teams or to carry out installation works, at a skill level and with certifications agreed in advance.
Maintenance and operation works
Dedicated operating teams working inside your facility on defined shifts, under Manazel supervision and with periodic performance reports rather than attendance records alone.
Cleaning and general hygiene works
Cleaning staff for complexes, schools and commercial facilities, with approved materials, equipment and methods and clear acceptance criteria.
Pest control works
Technicians trained to use pesticides safely in line with regulatory requirements, with a visit schedule and a report after each treatment.
Transport and logistics services
Workers for warehouses, goods handling, loading and unloading, in numbers and shifts that follow the peaks of activity in your facility.
What we manage on your behalf
Payroll management
Calculating and paying salaries on time in line with labour law, so you carry no direct financial obligation towards the worker.
Labour relations management
Daily supervision of performance and discipline, resolving any issue before its effect reaches your operation.
Government e-services
The regulatory procedures relating to professional manpower through government platforms, with no administrative burden on your team.
Residency permits and insurance
Issuing and renewing them along with the required medical examinations, keeping the workforce compliant throughout the contract term.
Replacement
If a worker does not match the agreed specification we replace them without your work stopping.
What determines the contract value
The cost of hiring manpower varies with several factors, which we set precisely once we receive your specification:
Trade and skill level
A certified technician costs differently from a general labourer, and certification and experience are reflected directly in the monthly rate.
Contract duration
Longer contracts carry a lower monthly cost, because recruitment and mobilisation costs are spread across a wider period.
Number of individuals
Larger numbers reduce the per-head cost by spreading supervision, transport and accommodation across a wider group.
Location
Working outside the main cities adds accommodation, transport and travel allowance lines to the monthly calculation.
Shifts
Night work and overtime are calculated under labour law and affect the number of individuals required.
Package contents
Accommodation, transport, tools and workwear: the proposal states who bears each item before signing.
What you need to know before contracting manpower
Your contract is with us, not with the worker. We handle salaries, residency permits, insurance, medical examinations and daily supervision, and you pay a single monthly contract value for a defined headcount and trade. With direct employment you carry all of those items, plus a long-term commitment that does not suit a temporary or variable need.
No. Calculating and paying salaries on time under labour law is our responsibility, as is issuing and renewing residency permits, insurance and the regulatory procedures on government platforms. Your contractual relationship is with us alone.
Replacement is a written clause in the contract, so if a worker does not match the specification we replace them without your work stopping. And because the specification is the reference for replacement, we fix the required skill level and certifications in the contract before start-up, not after.
We do. Covering absence is our responsibility, not yours, and replacements are part of the contract rather than an extra service priced later. That is the practical difference between contracting a provider and managing individuals yourself.
It depends on the agreed package contents. The proposal states explicitly who bears each item — accommodation, transport, tools and workwear — before signing, because an unsettled item becomes a dispute at the first claim.
Under labour law. Night work and overtime are calculated within the contract and affect the number of individuals required to cover the shift without breaching rest hours. That is why we ask for the shift schedule before pricing, not after.
The duration is set by the nature of the need and fixed in the contract. Increasing the headcount, changing the trade or adding a site is done through an annex setting out the specification, the price and the start date, so no new individual or site enters coverage before the annex is approved.
The trades required and the headcount for each, the shift schedule and coverage hours, the sites and their cities, the expected contract duration, the skill level or certifications if required, and any site-specific access or safety requirements.
Set the headcount, the trade and the shifts, and we handle the rest
Send the trades required, the headcount, the shifts, the sites and the contract duration, and we will define the supervision, replacements, materials, equipment, transport, service levels (SLA) and reporting.
The site visit and initial assessment are free and carry no obligation.
